Kylie McMillan has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kylie started their career with an internship as a Financial Analyst at Randox in 2009. Kylie then moved on to First Derivatives, where they worked as a Financial Software Consultant from 2011 to 2014, leading software implementation projects for capital markets institutions.

In 2014, Kylie joined Medallia as a Customer Engagement Manager, helping leading companies improve their customer experiences using their SAAS platform. Kylie took a brief break in 2017 for international travel and offshore sailboat racing.

After their sabbatical, Kylie joined Qualtrics as an Enterprise Consultant and Team Lead, Customer Success. In this role, they helped organizations manage their experience data on a single platform and worked closely with Fortune 100 companies.

From 2019 to 2023, Kylie worked at Workhuman as a Sr. Customer Success Manager. Kylie played a key role in energizing company cultures and uniting workforces around a shared purpose using their social recognition and continuous performance management platform.

Currently, Kylie is working as a Strategic Customer Experience Manager at Workvivo, a platform that helps companies connect and engage with their employees in a digital workplace environment. Kylie is focused on providing employees with a sense of inclusion and connection to company culture and values.

Throughout their career, Kylie has gained experience in customer success, team leadership, and software implementation, making their a valuable asset to any organization.

Kylie McMillan pursued their higher education by first enrolling at The University of Manchester from 2006 to 2009. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Mathematics with Business and Management, with their main focus being on mathematics. Following their undergraduate studies, Kylie then attended the Alliance Manchester Business School in 2009 and 2010, where they completed a Master of Science degree in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship, emphasizing business development.
