Nathan Mayes

Nathan Mayes has had a varied work experience. In 2021, they began working at Workvivo as a Product Manager and an Associate Product Manager. In 2018, they co-founded Yooni, an award-winning Educational Technology company, which was later acquired by Future Employment Ireland in December 2021. Nathan still maintains an advisory position at Future Employment Ireland. Prior to this, they worked as a Percussion & Music Theory Teacher (Freelance) in 2013 and as a Co-Founder of Yooni Ltd. at IGNITE University College Cork in 2018. In 2017, they worked as a Research Engineer at MCCI (Microelectronic Circuits Centre Ireland), where they researched RF and Analog/Mixed-Signal IC design. In 2016, they worked as a Co-Op Intern, Analog Design Engineer at Analog Devices, where they designed a behavioural model ADC. Lastly, in 2015, they worked as a Waiter at Newport Harbor Hotel & Marina under a J-1 Work and Travel Visa.

Nathan Mayes received a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from University College Cork between 2013 and 2017. Nathan also completed their Leaving Certificate from Colaiste Choilm between 2007 and 2014.
