Sarah Weygandt

Sarah Weygandt currently serves as the Employee Engagement Manager at WorkWave, a role held since May 2021. Prior to this, Sarah was with Cisco from December 2013 to January 2021, where responsibilities included Project Manager, Program Manager, and Business Operations Analyst Team Lead. In the Project Manager role, Sarah enhanced the employee experience by establishing an engagement program that achieved an 89% satisfaction score. As Program Manager, oversight of 40 global campaigns was provided to ensure consistent delivery of solutions. Initially starting as a Business Operations Analyst, promotions led to Team Lead responsibilities, fostering collaboration with leaders to optimize projects. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies from Appalachian State University.
