Tonya Gracey

Tonya Gracey, SPHR has extensive work experience in human resources. Tonya is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Workwear Outfitters, where they manage the HR function for the corporate office and oversees the HR functions for all central distribution centers and remote locations. Prior to this, Tonya held the same position at VF Workwear Inc, a division of VF Corporation. Tonya has also worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager at VF Imagewear, where they were responsible for talent development, recruitment, and selection. Before that, Tonya served as an Area Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager at VF Imagewear, where they successfully integrated acquired companies, redesigned the onboarding process, and handled employee relations. Additionally, they have experience as a Branch Manager at Remedy Staffing Group and Manpower Temporary Services, where they achieved successful start-ups and led teams.

Tonya Gracey, SPHR earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Relations and Communications from Trevecca Nazarene University in the years 1986 to 1990. Tonya has additional certifications including the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) obtained from BadgeCert in February 2015 and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
