Guillermo Chagoyán Patiño has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Guillermo currently holds the position of Sales Director at Worky.mx since November 2020. Prior to this, Guillermo was the Owner of Hacienda Agualuna since March 2017.

Guillermo began their career at Johnson & Johnson Medical México in November 2009. Guillermo held various positions during their tenure, including Associated Product Manager from January 2012 to April 2014, Field Sales Trainer from January 2012 to September 2012, and Territory Sales Executive from November 2009 to December 2011. In these roles, they executed marketing activities, trained sales and marketing teams, and was responsible for sales in the public sector.

Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Guillermo worked as a Sales Trainee at GE from September 2008 to July 2009. Guillermo also gained experience as a Trade Marketing Intern at Nestlé S.A. from December 2007 to August 2008, where they led a trade marketing activity that resulted in a 2.3% uplift in net sales.

Guillermo's early career included roles as an Operations Analyst at Nutre a un Niño A.C. from February 2007 to November 2007, a Project Coordinator at Gentra Sa de Cv from January 2004 to May 2004, and a Floor Sales Supervisor at Guaida Hermanos Sa de Cv from January 2001 to July 2003.

Guillermo Chagoyán Patiño completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering at Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2004 to 2009. Following that, they pursued further education at Universidad Panamericana, where they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management & Talent Development from 2012 to 2014. During the same period, they also completed a Minor in Talent Management and a Minor in Talent Development, focusing on the respective fields of Gestión y servicios de recursos humanos and Desarrollo de recursos humanos.
