Anders Skovgaard Winther

Anders Skovgaard Winther has extensive experience in operations, design, and consultancy within various organizations. Since August 2008, Anders has held multiple leadership roles at Workz A/S, including Head of Operations and Development, Head of Design and Development, and Design Team Lead, where responsibilities encompassed managing design and production teams, ensuring quality assurance, and fostering recruitment and skill development. Additionally, as a Senior Consultant, Anders specializes in using events, serious games, and storytelling for addressing organizational challenges in change management and leadership. Anders is currently a board member of Jelling Musikfestival and has previous experience as a designer and concept developer at Danmarks Radio, as well as positions at Learning Lab Denmark, dipcard.com, and the National Museum of Denmark. Anders is pursuing an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from IT-Universitetet i København, along with a BA in History from the University of Copenhagen.
