Luke J. Umstetter

Luke Umstetter is an accomplished legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Secretary at World Finance since August 2018, Luke previously held key positions including General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing and General Counsel at Global Lending Services LLC. Additionally, Luke contributed to the Association of Corporate Counsel - SC Chapter as a board member from January 2014 to December 2020. Earlier in the career, Luke served as Managing Counsel and Corporate Counsel at Resurgent Capital Services for eight years. Luke holds an MBA from the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina and a Juris Doctorate from the USC School of Law.
