Jos Uitdehaag

Jos Uitdehaag is an experienced legal expert and project manager specializing in enforcement, legal reform, and judicial capacity building across various international jurisdictions. Currently serving as an International Consultant at EBRD, and a Team Lead Manager at both The World Bank and the European Commission, Uitdehaag focuses on enhancing enforcement mechanisms and judicial practices. Prior roles include managing significant projects aimed at strengthening civil enforcement in the Western Balkans and contributions to the European Union's enforcement legislation. With a strong background in training and institutional development, Uitdehaag has also worked with numerous organizations, including USAID and the Council of Europe, and has been involved in establishing best practices in enforcement legislation and enhancing judicial systems. Education includes degrees and micromasters from multiple institutions, emphasizing leadership, project management, and sustainable development.
