Prior roles include managing significant projects aimed at strengthening civil enforcement in the Western Balkans and contributions to the European Union's enforcement legislation. With a strong background in training and institutional development, Uitdehaag has also worked with numerous organizations, including USAID and the Council of Europe, and has been involved in establishing best practices in enforcement legislation and enhancing judicial systems.
