Juan Ilich Pérez García

Juan Ilich Pérez García, PhD has a diverse work experience. Juan Ilich started as a Legal Coordinator at Secretaria de la Reforma Agraria in 2007 and later worked as a Legal Affairs Manager at Business Clon and as a Senior Lawyer at Caja De Ideas. Juan Ilich then served as a Lecturer in Law at Universidad del Valle de México and Universidad de Estudios Avanzados. Juan Ilich also worked as a District Attorney at Fiscalia General de la Nación. Juan has been President of the US Chapter at World BASC Organization and a General Counsel at SAMSUNG. Currently, they are a Professor of Law and Foreign Trade at CETYS Universidad and a Lecturer of Law at Trade & Law College.

Juan Ilich Pérez García, PhD has a diverse education history. In 2006, they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California with a focus on Law, Public Policies, and Economics. In 2011, they completed a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Public Policy Analysis from the same university. Juan Ilich then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Development Economics and International Development from the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California, which they completed in 2016. In 2017, they obtained another PhD from The Hague Academy of International Law, specializing in Private International Law, Economics, and Public Policy. Juan Ilich also holds various certifications, including Audit and Due Diligence Foundations, Business Law for Managers, Hiring, Managing, and Separating from Employees, and Nuevas Tendencias en los Tratados Comerciales. Additionally, they have completed diploma programs in Business Development, Public Policy, Crisis Intervention, Criminal Litigious Procedures, and Negotiation and Conflict Solving Techniques. Currently, Juan Ilich Pérez García is working towards a Doctor of Law (JD) degree in International Law and Legal Studies at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
