Melinda George Deleuze is an experienced social researcher and policy analyst with a strong focus on sustainability and gender issues. Currently serving as the Social Research Lead and Gender Research Lead at the World Benchmarking Alliance since April 2020, Melinda has contributed to impactful projects within the private sector. Prior roles include Associate at SYSTEMIQ Ltd. and Research Manager at the Business and Sustainable Development Commission, where Melinda led investigations on economic rewards tied to the Sustainable Development Goals. Melinda's earlier experience at OECD involved managing correspondence for the Secretary-General and overseeing child well-being research initiatives. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in European Politics from Sciences Po and multiple degrees in Political Science and European Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the University of Montpellier.
