Micheal Stiltner

Micheal Stiltner is an experienced bar and beverage manager with a diverse background in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Bar Manager at World Cafe Live since September 2021, Micheal is responsible for menu creation, inventory management, scheduling, and overall bar operations. Previously, Micheal held the position of Beverage Manager at Spare Time, Inc., where responsibilities included ordering, inventory, and staff training across two locations. Additional roles include Bar Manager at Fox and Hound Bar and Grille, Assistant Manager at Twenty Manning, and Food and Beverage Manager at Latham Hotel Philadelphia. Starting the career as a Key Hourly/Bartender at Applebee's, Micheal has built a comprehensive skill set that includes staff hiring, training, and floor management. Micheal holds an Associate of Arts degree in Video Production from The Art Institutes, earned from 1997 to 2001.
