Sarah Irwin

Sarah Irwin has over 15 years of diverse experience in customer service, account management, and operations across various industries. Currently serving as an Account Manager at World Centric since June 2017, Sarah previously held roles including Sales Associate and Office Manager/Customer Service at the same organization. Prior to that, Sarah worked as an Account Manager at Marin Benefits and Direct Dental, where responsibilities included customer service, claim processing, and broker account management. Earlier experience includes positions as an Eligibility Specialist with the County of Sonoma, Client Coordinator at Envision Rx Options, and proprietor/manager of Sacramento Brewing Company. Sarah began a career in the travel industry with roles at AAA Travel and Premier Travel. Educational credentials include a BA in Theater Arts from UCLA.
