Prior to this, from September 2003 to August 2010, Jonathan worked at Smiths News as a Performance Analyst, Range Compliance Manager, and Customer Liaison, focusing on ensuring compliance with magazine and newspaper ranges. Educational qualifications include a Higher National Diploma in Music Technology from Worcester Tech College and training from Pitman Training Group.
