World Cocoa Foundation
Prisca Ayema currently serves as the Social Development Manager at the World Cocoa Foundation, a position held since September 2019, after previously holding the role of Social Development Associate. Prior to joining the World Cocoa Foundation, Prisca worked with CARE International Côte d'Ivoire as an Agronomist Master Trainer from February 2018 to September 2019. The career began at ANADER (Agence National d'appui au DEveloppement Rural) from June 2015 to January 2018, where Prisca functioned as a Cocoa and Coffee Technician, focusing on training and supporting producers in the region and managing the Swollen Shoot disease. Academic qualifications include a degree in Agronomy from Institut National Polytechnique Félix Houphouët-Boigny de Yamoussoukro, completed from 2008 to 2014.
