Alli Tolbert

Alli Tolbert is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management, community development, and therapeutic practices. Currently serving as a Program Associate at World Connect, Inc. since December 2014, Alli leads in-country operations for the International Grant Program and manages local partnerships. Alli also holds the position of Equine Guided Therapist and Operations Coordinator at Vive Sin Miedo, focusing on supporting teenagers through equine-assisted therapy. Previously, Alli served as the Director of Program Development at the Wichana Foundation, where organizational capacities were enhanced, and collaboration was fostered among partner projects. Additional roles include Senior Team Leader at Global Citizen Year, where leadership and cross-cultural understanding were cultivated for international fellows, and Gender and Business Development Volunteer with the Peace Corps, leading community development initiatives. Alli possesses a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Spanish from the University of Denver and is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work at the University of South Dakota.
