Avelino Silva

Avelino Silva is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in data analysis and human resources management. Currently serving as an HR Business Analyst at World Courier since April 2019, Avelino has successfully revamped leadership reporting and designed strategic workforce planning and analytics roadmaps. Prior experience includes positions at Chubb Fire & Security, where Avelino analyzed HR data to support management, and at Kuehne + Nagel, focusing on developing reports and metrics. Additionally, Avelino has a strong foundation in finance from a long tenure at J. PEREIRA DA CRUZ, S.A. Avelino is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations at Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa and has previously earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from ISCSP - Instituto superior de Ciências Sociais e Políticas. Avelino also studies at the University of Warwick's Warwick Business School in Human Resources and Industrial Relations.
