Gerard Daley

Gerard Daley is an experienced professional specializing in anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF), currently serving as Project Manager for the WCO - AML CFT Programme with the World Customs Organization since January 2023. Additionally, since January 2022, Gerard has held the position of AML CTF Programme Manager at the Council of Europe and operates as a self-employed AML / CFT consultant since July 2019. Prior to these roles, Gerard accumulated significant experience at Europol from May 2008 to July 2019, serving as an official and Country Manager for Greece and Italy, coordinating responses to enhance EU security.
