Alicia Lenze

Secondee IT Industries, IT Skills Development Initiative Lead at World Economic Forum

Alicia Lenze has had extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Alicia began their career as an Account Executive at Ogilvy Public Relations in 1995 before joining Porter Novelli as an Account Supervisor in 1997. In 1999, they joined Apple as a Public Relations Manager and later moved to Elgato Systems as the Director of Marketing in 2003. Alicia then joined SAP in 2004, where they held positions such as Product Communications Manager and Director of Workplace Communications and Corporate Media Relations.

In 2017, Alicia joined the World Economic Forum as the Secondee IT Industries and IT Skills Development Initiative Lead. Later, they returned to SAP in 2018 as the Head of Global Initiatives, Partnerships & Communications for Digital Government. Alicia also served as the Global Head of Sustainability Marketing and the Head of Global Corporate Social Responsibility in the Global Corporate Affairs department, responsible for technology donation, charitable giving, and corporate volunteering.

Alicia's most recent role at SAP was as the Director of Sustainability from 2019 to 2023. Throughout their career, Alicia demonstrated their expertise in corporate communications, workforce issues, and sustainability while contributing to the success of the companies they worked for.

Alicia Lenze received their Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Virginia, where they attended from 1991 to 1995.
