Cong Wang (Carol)

Cong (Carol) Wang has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. From December 2006 to January 2008, they worked as an Expatriate Management Specialist at BMW Group. In January 2008, they joined Vestas as a Business Assistant and later moved on to become a Learning & OD Professional from June 2009 to February 2013. Cong (Carol) then transitioned into the role of Talent Acquisition Partner from February 2013 to August 2017 at Vestas. Since August 2017, they have been employed at the World Economic Forum, where they serve as the People and Culture Lead.

Cong (Carol) Wang has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Beijing University of Technology. Additionally, they hold a certificate in Leading High Performing Team from the London Business School.
