Dorottya Kardos has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Dorottya currently works at the World Economic Forum as a Partner Engagement Lead, focusing on health and healthcare. Prior to their current role, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at Medipredict from December 2019 to April 2021, where they were responsible for overseeing the company's operations. Before that, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Medipredict from May 2017 to December 2019. Dorottya also has experience as a Key Account Manager at Affidea Magyarország from January 2019 to June 2019. Additionally, they worked at GE in the Project Management Office from November 2016 to December 2017 and at SOLVO Biotechnology as a Personal Assistant to the CEO from August 2013 to August 2015.

From 2008, Dorottya Kardos attended Brooks School in North Andover, but the duration of their education there is unknown. Between 2010 and 2014, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Marketing at the University of Szeged. In 2012 and 2013, Dorottya studied at the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV), specifically at the Facultad de Administración y Dirección de Empresas. Subsequently, they enrolled at Corvinus University of Budapest from 2015 to 2017, where they pursued a Master's degree in Management and Leadership.
