Esin Efe has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles.

From April 2022 to the present, Efe has been serving as the Lead, Philanthropic Engagement at the World Economic Forum. Prior to this, from April 2019 to April 2022, Efe worked as a Specialist, Direct Funding and Governance, Philanthropic Organizations at the same company.

Esin Efe completed their education with a Master of Arts (M.A.) in International Affairs from The George Washington University, where they attended from 2011 to 2013. Esin also spent a short period of time in 2012 at the American University of Beirut, studying International Relations and Affairs as a non-degree student. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree from Tulane University, majoring in Political Science with a concentration on International Relations and a minor in Business. Esin also briefly studied US Foreign Policy at American University in 2009 as a non-degree student. Earlier in their education, from 2004 to 2007, they attended ODTÜ Geliştirme Vakfı Okulları, although the degree name and field of study are not specified.
