Georgios Kasselakis

Georgios Kasselakis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Board Member for the World Economic Forum's Global Shapers since June 2012, Kasselakis has played a key role in initiatives aimed at empowering young leaders and creating employment opportunities through the Regeneration project. As a Partner at Openfund since September 2008, Kasselakis focuses on supporting startups within the internet-mobile-services sector in Southeastern Europe. Notable prior positions include Partner at Big Pi, Lead Developer and Founder of the Sojourner project, and multiple software engineering roles across various companies, including System Consulting SA and Kleemann SA. Kasselakis holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and has experience as an exchange student in Software Engineering at Mälardalen University.
