Isabel Scavetta

Lead Of Inclusive Cyber at World Economic Forum

Isabel Scavetta has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Isabel is currently working as a Product Manager (Cybersecurity Products) at CybSafe, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at the World Economic Forum as the Co-Lead of Inclusive Cyber - Global Shapers London, where they were responsible for driving dialogue and change in the city. Isabel also held the role of Global Shaper within the Global Shapers Community, serving as the London Hub project lead.

Isabel has also worked at UN Women as the UK Delegate to the 67th Commission on the Status of Women (Technological Change) for a period of February 2023 to April 2023. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Product Manager (AI Products) at Ocula Technologies from June 2021 to January 2023.

In addition, Isabel has contributed to the tech industry by working with Code First Girls. Isabel served as a Fellowship Programme Mentor from April 2021 to September 2021 and as a Research Fellow & Coding Instructor (Python) from January 2021 to March 2021. Isabel also served as a Hackathon Team Leader for two projects (Big Data, Web Apps) from October 2020 to December 2020, and participated in a Technology Career Accelerator program in September 2020.

Isabel has also gained experience at Rolls-Royce as an Agile Enabler (AI Products) from February 2021 to June 2021, at McKinsey & Company as a Leadership Academy Coach in July 2017, and at Johnson & Johnson in their Global Regulatory Affairs Operations Team from September 2015 to September 2016.

Isabel Scavetta has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in European Social and Political Studies from UCL. Isabel also completed a year abroad in native-level Spanish (C1/C2) at the Universidad de Sevilla, earning a second BA degree in Philosophy. Isabel has obtained several additional certifications, including being certified in Cybersecurity by (ISC)² in April 2023 and being a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) by Scrum Alliance in October 2021. Isabel is also part of the 2022 Product Academy Fundamentals Cohort at McKinsey & Company and holds certifications in Agile Methodology from Rolls-Royce and in Security Awareness from CybSafe (CCSA). Additionally, Isabel has completed training programs in Introduction to Python Programming and Introduction to SQL from Code First Girls. Isabel is currently pursuing Microsoft certifications, including Microsoft Certified: 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) and Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900).
