Lisa Chamberlain

Lisa Chamberlain has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Lisa is currently working as the Communications Lead and urban strategist at the World Economic Forum's Global Centre for Urban Transformation. In this role, they focus on developing content to promote public-private collaborations for sustainable and equitable communities.

Prior to their current role, Lisa founded their own company called Lisa Chamberlain | Strategies for City Builders, where they worked with architecture, planning, and economic development firms to enhance their thought leadership and messaging for almost ten years.

Lisa has also held positions such as Communications Strategist at Ennead Architects LLP and Director of Development and Communications at Marvel Architects. At Marvel Architects, they played a crucial role in the firm's identity development, website creation, and business development.

Lisa Chamberlain earned a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of California, Davis in the years 1988 to 1992. Later on, between 2002 and 2003, they pursued a Master's degree in Journalism at the Columbia University - Graduate School of Journalism. In the same time period, they also studied Urban Planning at the Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation.
