Head, Digital Success at World Economic Forum

Nancy Chazal began their work experience in 2004 as a Registration and IT Manager at the World Economic Forum. In this role, they were responsible for managing registration and IT operations. In 2006, they took on the position of Senior IT Manager at the same company, where they held this position until July 2011. As a Senior IT Manager, Nancy was involved in overseeing IT operations and managing a team. From August 2011 to April 2017, they served as the Head of IT Support and Training, overseeing support, training, and mobile learning development for internal and external IT applications. During this time, they also led the design and implementation of change management activities and a communication plan for the implementation of Salesforce.com and the development of the Digital Collaboration Platform TopLink. In April 2017, Nancy transitioned into the role of Head of Digital Success at the World Economic Forum, where they currently work.

Nancy Chazal obtained a Master's degree in Economics from OMNES Education between 1987 and 1990. In 2010 and 2011, they attended the Brief'r Institute in Geneva where they obtained a certification in Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP Practitioner). Additionally, they have obtained several certifications and completed courses, including "Prosci® Train-the-Trainer Level 1 - Delivered by CMC Partnership Global" in March 2023, "Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner - Delivered by CMC Partnership Global" in July 2021, "Effectively Leading Digital Transformation" from LinkedIn in February 2021, and various LinkedIn courses on instructional design and the neuroscience of learning obtained between 2016 and 2016.
