Nga Leopold

Nga Leopold, PhD has a diverse range of work experience. From 2021, they served as the Programming and Community Development Lead for the Centre for Health and Healthcare at the World Economic Forum. In this role, they managed a community of Chief Health Officers and collaborated with other teams to expand the community's impact. Nga also curated and delivered health sessions at high-level meetings. Prior to this, Nga worked as an Event Editorial Specialist in the Global Programming Group at the World Economic Forum from October 2021 to August 2023.

In 2019, they worked as a Senior Consultant at UNICEF, and in 2020, they served as a Technical Officer for Social Health Protection at the International Labour Organization. Nga also had a PhD Fellowship at Maastricht University from 2014 to 2019, and they worked as a Consultant at UNICEF from January 2017 to August 2017.

Before that, they gained experience as an Associate Consultant at Indochina Research and Consulting, a development consultancy, from May 2011 to December 2012.

Nga Leopold, PhD has an education history that includes a master's degree and a doctor of philosophy (PhD) in economics. In 2005 to 2009, Nga Leopold attended the National Economics University, where they studied business administration and management. Subsequently, from 2013 to 2014, they pursued a master's degree at Maastricht University, specializing in public policy with a focus on social protection. Finally, from 2014 to 2019, they continued their studies at Maastricht University, obtaining a PhD in economics.
