Orkun Balci

Orkun Balci is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various leadership and advisory roles. As the founder of BLC since December 1985, Balci also serves as a Chief Researcher at TÜBİTAK and holds several memberships in organizations such as the Turkish Education Association and the Chamber of Computer Engineers. In addition, Balci is involved with the World Economic Forum as a Global Shaper and has worked as a Solutions Architect for Pardus, where responsibilities include data management and enterprise solution development. Balci has a strong educational background with two MBAs from Çankaya University and Bilkent University, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Atılım University.
