Rafał Tuziak

Rafał Tuziak is the founder of Avalio, with tenure starting in 2022, and serves as a Global Shaper at the World Economic Forum since 2017. Rafał has extensive experience in investment management, having worked at Bauer Media Group from April 2018 to March 2022, where responsibilities included managing a portfolio of over 20 companies across various sectors such as fintech and digital media. Prior to that, Rafał held roles in new business development and M&A, focusing on investment in online platforms and value creation projects across several European regions at Bauer Media Group. Experience also includes working as an associate at Metropolitan Capital Solutions and Citi, where Rafał was involved in equity capital markets and global leadership development. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Tsinghua University and a Master’s in Accounting and Finance from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, alongside a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from the University of Warsaw and current candidacy for a Doctor of Economics (PhD) in Finance at SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
