Shruti Sneha

Shruti Sneha currently serves as a Specialist in Advanced Energy Solutions at the World Economic Forum since August 2022. Previous experience includes a role as a Management Consulting Analyst at Accenture Strategy, where Shruti provided consulting services for business process re-engineering and digital transformation projects in the Middle East from August 2020 to August 2022. Additionally, Shruti was a Gold-Tier Facilitator for the #IamRemarkable initiative, promoting women's accomplishments in professional settings from January to July 2022. In June 2022, Shruti was recognized as a participant in the McKinsey Next Generation Women Leaders program. Past roles also include a Summer Associate position at Auctus Advisors, focusing on non-fare revenue strategies, and strategic planning in the CEO's office at a private real estate firm. Shruti holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and has pursued further education in analytics and artificial intelligence at Northwestern University, in addition to obtaining an MBA from BI Norwegian Business School and a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.
