Tanika Clouden

Tanika Clouden, MSc, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as the Global Learning and Development Manager at World Education Services since August 2017, Tanika supports individuals on their journey to success through innovative learning programs. In addition, Tanika leads HR initiatives in Canada to foster partnerships that enhance workplace quality and employee life. As the CEO of Birmzee Closet, a fashion retail company, Tanika showcases an appreciation for diverse fashion while managing global designer acquisitions. Previously, roles at Pearson Education Services as a Human Resources Manager and Generalist involved creating HR solutions and improving recruitment strategies. Tanika's HR career began as an HR Coordinator at Faneuil Inc., with responsibilities including recruitment, onboarding, and health and safety. Tanika holds a Master of Science degree and various certifications in human resources management, alongside continuing education in leadership from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management.
