Baker Sserwambala

Baker Sserwambala works with World Education as the OVC Strategic Information and Programs Director for the USAID- ICYD Activity. Baker also serves as the Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor for the same project. Additionally, Baker was the MEL Director for the USAID-BOCY Project and a Learning and Adaptation Advisor. Previously, Baker held positions at Cardno International Development as a Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist under the USAID-SDS Programme, and at Uganda Womens Effort to Save Orphans (UWESO) as the Monitoring and Evaluation/Quality Assurance Manager. Baker holds a Master's degree in Management Studies with a focus on Monitoring and Evaluation from Uganda Management Institute.
