Senior Compliance & Operations Manager at World Energy

Consuelo D. has extensive work experience in various roles. From 2008 onwards, they worked at World Energy, LLC as a Senior Compliance & Operations Manager. In this role, they ensured compliance with the Environmental Protection Agency's Renewable Fuel Standard program, managed inventory and risk management, reconciled daily truck/rail/barge activity, provided support on RINs trading opportunities, ensured accuracy of distributed RINs, and coordinated monthly and quarterly report submissions to the EPA. Consuelo also managed QAP programs at multiple facilities.

Prior to this, they worked at the Military Sealift Command from 2006 to 2008 as a Marine Transportation Specialist. Here, they developed and implemented the Economic Fuel Metric, which identified output, productivity, and efficiency of 141 MSC vessels. Consuelo also organized the Afloat Prepositioning Squadron Conference in 2007, involving representatives from the U.S.

In 2006, Consuelo briefly worked at McAllister Towing as a Mate.

Consuelo D. began their education at Massachusetts Maritime Academy in 2001, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Transportation. Consuelo successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2005. Later, from 2008 to 2010, Consuelo D. attended the American Public University System, acquiring a Master of Arts degree in Transportation and Logistics Management.
