Kamila Haramule

Executive Assistant to CEO / Office Manager at World Energy

Kamila Haramule has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kamila started their career as a Dockside Supervisor at Delta Grandview in 2003. Kamila then transitioned to working in the food service industry at Cara Operations, where they held roles as an Assistant Manager, General Manager, and Project Manager. In 2008, they worked as a Program Officer at Service Canada, where they managed applications and encouraged job creation for students and small businesses. From 2010 to 2011, they served as the General Manager at WellBeing Spa, implementing operational systems and increasing organization within the company. Kamila then moved to Broan-NuTone Canada ULC as an Administrative Assistant, responsible for supporting the executive management team. Kamila transitioned to CIBC in 2015, initially working as an Executive Assistant in the Treasury department, providing administrative support to senior executives. Kamila later became a Business Coordinator/Executive Assistant in the Human Resources department, facilitating communication between the 30% Club Canada and its members. Their final role at CIBC was as an HR Associate in the Executive Talent Management department, where they supported the executive recruitment process. Most recently, Kamila worked at World Energy, LLC as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and Office Manager.

Kamila Haramule pursued their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Administration from the University of Guelph from 1999 to 2003. Kamila later enrolled at Sheridan College from 2019 to 2022, where they focused on Human Resources Management.
