Mark Salvarinas

Mark Salvarinas is an experienced program manager with a strong background in change management and operational support within the financial services sector. Currently at Transamerica since February 2019, Mark develops strategic initiatives to enhance productivity and risk management for Canadian, US, and third-party corporate employee teams. Simultaneously, Mark has served as a program manager at World Financial Group (WFG) since 2011, focusing on training and performance tracking for independent contractors. With a diverse career spanning consulting roles, management in commissions and licensing, and leadership in operational excellence, Mark has also contributed to the expansion strategies for businesses in various sectors. Mark holds a diploma in Radio Broadcasting from Humber College and has attended Ryerson University.
