Dr. Colin Idrissa Doumbia is an accomplished Risk Management Officer at the Programme Alimentaire Mondial since January 2024. With extensive experience in academia, Dr. Doumbia has been a Professor in Management Control, Internal Audit, and Internal Control at various business schools since November 2013. Previous roles include Acting Chief Risk Officer, Risk Manager, and Acting Chief Compliance Officer at Banque Atlantique from September 2016 to June 2023, as well as Deputy Head of Compliance at Ecobank Transnational Incorporated (2015-2016) and Senior Admin-Finance and Procurement Assistant at UNHCR (August 2013 - July 2015). Dr. Doumbia holds multiple advanced degrees, including an Executive Doctorate in Business Administration from both iaelyon School of Management and Business Science Institute, alongside an Executive Master in Islamic Finance from INCEIF University. Additional qualifications include a Certificate of Research from the University of Technology Sydney and certification as a Certified Fraud Examiner from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Dr. Doumbia earned a Master's degree in Accounting and Financial Management from CESAG.
