Elizabeth Dean is a seasoned professional in sustainable food systems with an extensive background in education, outreach, and digital strategy. Currently serving as a Technical Consultant for the World Food Programme, Elizabeth facilitates webinars and collaborates on educational materials. As an Associate Editor at JAFSCD, Elizabeth develops digital media strategies and creates outreach content. Previous roles include Outreach Coordinator at the Sustainable Education Agriculture Association and Education Program Manager at Oregon Tilth, where Elizabeth focused on stakeholder coordination and educational outreach. Additionally, Elizabeth is the founder of On the Table Supper Club and has served as a professor and project coordinator at Fond du Lac Tribal & Community College, covering topics related to Indigenous food sovereignty and sustainability.
