Ezequiel Mingane Bila

Ezequiel Mingane Bila serves as a Programme Policy Officer in Social Protection at the World Food Programme since August 2022. With a diverse background in project coordination and management, Ezequiel has been with Handicap International since April 2009, holding various roles including Sector Coordinator of Inclusive Local Development Projects and Projects Manager. Ezequiel has experience as a Technical Unit Team Leader, overseeing project proposal development, technical support, advocacy, and external reporting. Previous positions include Coordinator at NDL-Corridor of Hope and Coordinator at Population Services International, focusing on health-related prevention projects. Ezequiel holds a Master's degree in Management of Sustainable Development Projects from Instituto Superior de Gestão, completed in 2020, and has education from Mozambique Pedagogical University.
