Jerome Bactol

Jerome Bactol currently serves as a Program Policy Officer and Social Behavior Change Project Manager at the World Food Programme since January 2023. Additional roles include Network Connector at Teach For All and Impact Officer at the Global Shapers Community, both since May 2020. Previously, Jerome was the Country Program Manager for Girl Rising, overseeing the Explore More Program in The Philippines, and worked as Senior Field Manager at Innovations for Poverty Action. Earlier experience includes serving as Project Development Officer and Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at the Department of Social Welfare and Development, and as a Graduate Assistant at the University of the Philippines. Jerome holds advanced degrees in Community Development and Education from the University of the Philippines and Ateneo de Manila University.
