Losang Lavis

Losang Lavis is a Supply Chain Officer at the World Food Programme, where involvement includes the Field Support Unit focusing on innovations and tools as well as the Liner Unit with a focus on market intelligence. Prior experience includes a role at Ørsted within the Power-to-X Procurement team, supporting E-fuels and hydrogen projects, as well as local supply chain development for offshore wind initiatives in the Asia-Pacific region. Losang also contributed to maintenance logistics for offshore wind operations during earlier rotations in the Ørsted graduate program. Previously, as part of MAREAL Engineering and Consulting, expertise was applied in business development for offshore wind foundation design. Academically, Losang holds a Master in Public Policy from Sciences Po and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the same institution, along with an exchange program at Hokkaido University.
