Manoj Bashyal

Manoj Bashyal is a knowledgeable professional currently serving as a Programme Policy Officer at the World Food Programme, overseeing the Nuts and Fruits in Hilly Area (NAFHA) project. Responsibilities include project management, monitoring, and technical assistance related to nutrition. Prior experience includes providing support to Nepalese government nutrition programs and working as a Regional Nutrition Officer with NTAG on the USAID-funded BHAKARI program. Manoj has also participated in innovation initiatives such as UNLEASH and held research and lecturing roles in nutrition-related fields. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Dietetics and Applied Nutrition from Manipal Academy of Higher Education and a Bachelor in Technology in Food Science and Technology from Tribhuvan University.
