Martina Romano

Martina Romano is an experienced professional currently serving as a Workforce, Budget, and Compliance Officer in the Supply Chain and Delivery division at the Programa Mundial de Alimentos since February 2021. With a strong background in humanitarian logistics, previous roles include Business Support Officer and Global Fleet Operations Intern at WFP, as well as various positions within AIESEC and AS Roma. Martina possesses skills in international marketing and event support, having worked as an International Marketing Assistant at Omnia BPM and as an interpreter for Birka Events. Academically, Martina holds degrees in Political Science and International Relations from Università degli studi Roma Tre, a degree in Linguistic Mediation from Sapienza Università di Roma, and further studies at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Currently pursuing a doctorate in International Relations and Foreign Affairs at Universitat d'Alacant, Martina combines practical experience with a robust academic foundation.
