Mathenge Peter

Mathenge Peter is an experienced aviation professional with a strong background in air traffic control and logistics within the oil and gas sector. Currently serving as an Aviation Officer at the World Food Programme since January 2019, Mathenge previously held the position of Director of Safety at Astral Aviation and served as an Aviation Supervisor at Tullow Oil. Mathenge's extensive career began with a tenure at Kenya Civil Aviation Authority as a Senior Air Traffic Controller, followed by various roles at Kenya Airways, including Duty Manager Operations Control and Flight Operations Officer. Mathenge holds a Master’s Degree in Air Safety Management from City St George’s, University of London.
