Sinan Ali has extensive experience with the World Food Programme since 2001, holding various leadership roles including Corporate Procurement Transformation Project Manager, Head of Supply Chain, and Senior Supply Chain Officer. Sinan has managed significant logistics operations in challenging environments, particularly in Darfur, where responsibilities included overseeing the delivery of 180,000 metric tons of aid annually. Additionally, Sinan contributed to the commodity accounting unit, ensuring accurate tracking of food aid delivery, and supported logistics operations across East and Horn of Africa. Prior experience includes serving as Logistics Officer at the United Nations World Food Programme, handling transport service contracts across more than eighty countries. Sinan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Mosul, obtained from 1986 to 1990.
