Svitlana Udovenko

Svitlana Udovenko currently serves as Programme Policy Officer (CBT) at the World Food Programme, overseeing emergency recruitment and talent acquisition for Ukraine operations. Previous roles include Recruitment and Contracting Officer at Alinea International and Administrative Assistant at the World Health Organization. Svitlana has a diverse background in human resources, with experience as HR Assistant at the World Food Programme and Head of Sourcing at Relocateme.eu, where significant achievements included assisting over 100 software engineers with job placements. Earlier, Svitlana held various leadership positions within AIESEC, managing talent operations and organizing international conferences.
