Syeda Rabeea Ahmed is an experienced professional in cash-based transfers and programming within humanitarian contexts. Currently serving as the Deputy Head of Cash Based Transfers and Identity Management at the World Food Programme since February 2024, Ahmed previously held the position of CVA Specialist at the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) for Ukraine from June 2022 to January 2024.
