Hello, my name is Ana.

I am the People and Culture Manager at WFS. This year, following 121 interviews and a work environment survey, we are focusing on Processes, Feedback and Communication, Goal Models, compensation and benefits policies, employer branding, and leadership styles. If you need anything related to my area, I'll be happy to help you.

I am passionate about People and Culture in companies. A year and a half ago, I founded my own company after more than 10 years working as a Human Resources Director in both traditional and digital multinational companies (Zena Group, Phone House-Dominion, Homeserve Group, Vdf, t2ó, Nervo).

I have two great hobbies: music (I play the flamenco guitar and have been composing and singing since 1990... you had not been born yet 🤣) and I love travel around the world.
