Ben Wrigley

Ben Wrigley, ACCA, has extensive experience in accounting and financial management, currently serving as Senior Manager for Global Derivatives Accounting and Reporting at World Fuel Services since February 2011. Previous roles at the same company include Manager and Lead Derivatives Accountant, where Ben managed month-end close processes, fair value hedge accounting, and commercial P&L reconciliation. Additional experience includes financial analysis and reporting for the UK Land segment as a Financial Accountant, and indirect tax responsibilities as an Indirect Tax Accountant. Prior to World Fuel Services, Ben held positions at Grant Thornton Australia as a Credit Officer and Practice Management Administrator, and at The Sound Agency as Finance Manager, contributing to the development of financial systems in a startup environment. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics with Music from The University of Edinburgh.
