Chris Zaber

Chris Zaber is a seasoned benefits management professional with extensive experience in overseeing health and welfare programs and retirement plans. Currently serving as Sr. Manager, Global Benefits at World Fuel Services since January 2022, Chris previously held roles including Manager Benefits at ChenMed, and Senior Manager of Benefits at Centerra Group, where responsibilities included managing benefit plans for a diverse employee base, including unionized personnel. Chris has developed benefit strategies, managed vendor proposals at Smith & Nephew, and led the open enrollment process at multiple organizations. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Loras College complements Chris's deep expertise in benefits management, policy design, and integration during mergers and acquisitions.
