Gabriela Patino

Gabriela Patino has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Gabriela most recently worked as a Senior Director, HR Business Partner at World Fuel Services starting in December 2021. Prior to that, they spent a significant portion of their career at LATAM Airlines, where they held various HR management positions from 2008 to 2021. Gabriela'sroles at LATAM Airlines included HR Sr Manager, Organizational Development Sr. Manager, HR Manager- LAN Cargo, and HR Consultant- LAN Cargo. Before joining LATAM Airlines, Gabriela worked at Kraft Foods as a Compensations & Benefits Coordinator and Trainee. Gabriela'searliest experience in HR was as an HR Analyst at Banco Cuscatlan.

Gabriela Patino completed their undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey between 2000 and 2003. Gabriela later pursued their Global MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management from 2012 to 2014.
