Lorena Bonilla

Lorena Bonilla has extensive experience in the aviation industry. Lorena is currently working as the Director of Commercial Aviation at World Fuel Services since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Lufthansa Technik AG as the Director of Sales for Latin America and the Caribbean from 2016 to November 2021. Lorena also had experience at Qatar Airways as a GKAM, where they maintained and developed relationships with important customers globally. Lorena worked at Mercury Americas as a Senior Business Development Manager, responsible for process management and customer satisfaction. Additionally, they held the role of Account Manager at LAN Airlines - Cargo, where they designed and implemented sales contracts with corporate clients and achieved significant revenue growth. Earlier in their career, Lorena worked at Sinergia Empresarial as an Associate Manager, where they created and conducted proposals for clients and worked on RFPs and customer proposals.

Lorena Bonilla obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Business and Management from Florida International University. Later, they pursued an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2013 to 2015.
